This data tells you what's coming from the dam — not whether the river is safe. Other inputs (rainfall, tributary flow) can elevate water levels even when no release is happening. Always observe conditions yourself before wading. If water is rising, get out of the river. Dam release schedules can also change without notice; each plant below has a link to its source site (USACE, TVA, etc.) — verify there before relying on this app.
